Our measurement, reporting, and verification protocol is the reason a Terravault ton survives diligence. This is how a molecule of CO₂ becomes a credit you can defend.
Three meters, one reconciled number
CO₂ is metered at every point it moves. Nothing is estimated between them.
Capture meter
Mass-flow sensors log concentrated CO₂ leaving each contactor in real time, calibrated weekly against a reference gas.
Injection meter
A second independent meter records exactly what enters the wellhead for mineralization — the ton that actually goes underground.
Reconciliation
Capture and injection totals are reconciled hourly. Any variance beyond 0.5% flags the batch for review before a credit is issued.

Mineralization converts CO₂ to solid carbonate rock in under two years. We monitor the reservoir long after, so permanence is observed, not assumed.
